Wasn't Dariq Whitehead one of the best players in his HS class a few years ago?

Now, waived (by a bad team) before his 3rd year on a rookie deal, unable to fully recover from his injuries, I guess.

Could (hopefully) be a great comeback story, someday.

The Hornets had both a 5-point possession & a 7-point possession in Dallas last night.

& neither came during a 1st-quarter stretch where they scored 25 points on 9 trips down the floor.
