As many of you know, I do a lot of volunteer work with asylum seekers and refugees. One thing that’s going on is that Labour’s hostility towards migrants and the counterbattery from Tories and Reform is causing horrific fear and anxiety among vulnerable people who deserve our protection.

The News Agents is a great case study of centrism because they actively describe how the sausage is made and yet none of their audience say 'Wait - what the fuck do you mean you ran a story because some Labour spad told you to?'

Maybe Keir should demand the heads of major US news networks any time they imply Britain is on the brink of civil war or that we live under sharia law. Or does it not work both ways?

Yes. Trump was impeached by the House of Representatives on a charge of "Incitement of insurrection" and was declared guilty by 57 senators on 13 February 2021.

The fact this was below the required 2/3 majority for actual conviction doesn't stop it being a fact.

It’s not something I’ve seen mentioned so far in all of this, but panorama implying that Trump was responsible for inciting Jan 6th puts it in the same category of the majority of the US senate. Quite why that isn’t worthy of a mention in response to the implication of radical left bias is strange.

Yes, Peter Mandelson did write in the Epstein book, a multi-page letter with photos. Screenshots in thread.

All these factors massively harm people & our communities. And they all come at an eye watering cost to us as taxpayers.

Which is why Labour always pledged to close them. Now they’re planning to open more.

"We have asked them to stop being floppy"

JFC I hate the Met. Absolute clowns.
This gets progressively funnier with every use of the term "floppy".

By the way, I’m including the troops that pulled the trigger here in this. You had an obvious civilian target that had violated no orders (eg to stop), and instead unilaterally hit it with a hellfire. That is a violation of the LOAC. The order to fire was not lawful.

I think we *especially* need to prosecute the troops that pulled the trigger for this. Every soldier should know and fear what’s in store for them if they follow blatantly illegal orders to kill.

Reform UK, which has a grand total of four MPs, was just given an uninterrupted platform for an hour and a half on the BBC and Sky News channels, in order to talk about its plans for mass deportations

When was the last time the Greens (with four MPs) or the Lib Dems (with 72) were given the same?
