Yeah, I just had to dig through the BBC liveblog, past analysis about her "partial victory", to find the bit that explains NHS Fife has been found to have mishandled some aspects of her complaint, but the actual complaint hasn't been upheld at all.
It’s maddening that I just heard this tribunal decision covered on BBC News, which led with “Sandie Peggie wins her case,” expanded with “Sandie Peggie secures a partial victory,” then only on listening further did it become clear she actually lost on most of the substantive points she was pursuing.

I don’t think it would happen any more that a right wing newspaper columnist would so openly play upon the idea that they were a professional troll. They take themselves far more seriously re the ideas today.
