Mine is very filmic. I love a book that jumps right into the action that I can create a picture of right away. Though surprisingly I also can’t be dealing with long descriptions of setting. I think being dyslexic I need to be distracted away from the words on the page into the pictures in my head.

One of the things about this study is that a lot of baby and toddler books are written in house, by editors. So the study reveals the whiteness of editorial in kidlit even if not explicitly.
