For those who I’ve not yet had the pleasure of meeting (virtually or not), hello! My name is Kaitlyn. I also go by Kait, but only online. I’m living the life that 10-year-old me could only dream of. My husband and I have a small hobby farm with horses and other animals, notably cats and goats.

Meet CDC's newest quack making a splash. Best known for ending Louisiana's state health department’s mass vaccination campaigns, hopping on the pro-ivermectin train, and calling the Covid vax "dangerous," Dr. Ralph Lee Abraham is now second in command at the CDC.

I keep saying, Google intentionally making its search worse is a world-historical fumble, and it's a huge opportunity for so many others across the internet, if they'll just seize it..
Google at its peak was basically the best information retrieval system in human history and they and every competitor decided going from there to “you didn’t want answers you wanted half-assed auto-complete 80%-wrong hallucinations” in a few years was the right idea

Earlier this year, the United States deported 252 Venezuelans to El Salvador and paid its government to imprison them. Now two human-rights organizations have found that all of those men were physically abused, Conor Friedersdorf writes:
What the Deported Venezuelans Went Through in El Salvador
Forty men sent to El Salvador by the Trump administration have shared disturbing accounts of abuse by a regime that America paid to imprison them.

Remember like 10 months ago, when Musk did the Nazi salute, and people were like, "that doesn't mean anything. Where's the genocide?" And then he immediately destroyed USAID and genocided around a million people per year? Maybe next time people show their Nazi side, we should believe them.

Hmmm…what USAID wasn’t bad for America…what if getting rid of it only hurt us and everyone else?

What if the richest man in the world being responsible for ending aid to the poorest people in the world will go down as one of the most bizarre and disgusting acts of the 21st century?

Last night I volunteered at a local small-town winter celebration. Everyone was having fun.

So the fact that I had to devote part of my brain to “how many kids could I shield in the event of a shooting” and another part to “if ICE shows up how quickly could I get in their way” is just. So unfair.

Congressman Clay Higgins does not exercise self control.

He is a wee bit sensitive on being called out for voting to protect Epstein pedophiles.
Shame on Rep. Clay Higgins & shame on anyone who thinks this is acceptable.
This man didn’t just cast the lone “no” vote on exposing a global sex-trafficking network… he also grabbed a citizen for daring to ask a question he didn’t like. I hope this young man presses charges.

I know it feels morally important to judge Trump supporters for not seeing what was right in front of them. But we just don't have the numbers to bury Trumpism right now, so we need to build a community that makes room for folks who say "I was wrong." Do you want to be right? Or do you want to WIN.

If the Epstein crimes were a “hoax,” as Trump has said repeatedly, why did THE FIRST TRUMP ADMINISTRATION INDICT JEFFREY EPSTEIN A MONTH BEFORE HE DIED IN 2019??

He was in jail, where he died, because of a “hoax?”
