We ask "Why are they always all white?" about queer spaces because we're constantly told they're inclusive and diverse and said inclusiveness is encouraged from bottom up.
To see us inherently and subconsciously excluded, over and over, while always somehow the bad people when asking why, sucks

There's something to be said about the delicate balancing act of:
- combating your body image issues/body dysmorphia/related, and doing what you gotta do to get it in a healthy state
And
- examining if part of your woes *and* solutions are rooted in euro centric standards and undertones

Hearing my partners say they love my body for the first time.
It was surreal because I've always been met with that same "compliment" from other people but with some sort of racist fetishism behind it, but hearing Kieran and Mira say it and knowing they mean it genuinely? Awesome.

I don't have a horse in the "most white queer polycules are racist" claim that's happening.
But I will say that "why would you want to be in a racist polycule?" Isn't the point. It's the fact that it happens often in the first place, and it's met with shock every time when yall know what's going on
