Trump stating that Venezuela “ stole our oil” ie, Democrats curtailed domestic drilling instead buying from Venezuela. Kinda like when Trump broke the backs of soy been farmers, via tariffs. Most of us have more sympathy for farmers than oil companies

This has the votes to pass with bipartisan support, but Johnson is going to adjourn the House again to delay it as long as possible just like he did with Epstein.
