I gotta say, promoting Holly to a major character isn’t making Stranger Things’ depiction of girlhood any LESS creepy. Holly (aged 7, played by a 14yo) comes across as a fetishist’s idea of a little girl, while Erica (aged 13) is a sassy Black woman.

Okay, well, first of all, calling it "the Bajoran war" makes it sound like it's the Bajorans' fault that their world was occupied by Cardassia, and that they were wrong to fight back; SECOND, I am in this picture and I do not like it.
