Help me, Hive Mind! I've got multiple students interested in deep time vertebrate paleontology -- everything from early tetrapod evolution to dinosaurs. This is not my field, and we don't have any paleontologists at UMaine (vertebrate or invertebrate). Do you know of any good internships or REUs?

I'm not sure if I fully dislocated my shoulder this morning, but I did something to it and it *hurts*. Pain meds don't work on me so I'm debating whether I should ice it or heat it. Either way, tonight is not going to be super fun.

My sister gave me a wreath at one of her high school students made as part of a fundraising program they do every year. I happened to have some small lights laying around and I think they came together well.

Have I sat and edited for hours straight? Yes.
Do I recommend it? Absolutely not.
Editing and writing both take a lot of brain power. A few hours will leave you exhausted, and you need to get up and move every 45-60 minutes just for your basic health.
