Do you think Kevin is calling from a paired down list of plays? That is, we are keeping our good plays for later in the season? Cus I see some of the most non creative plays I have ever seen. You could also say the same from the def. They both seem to be basic calls right now.

I went to the Wake Forest-Duke football game today. Duke scored 49 points and won. As someone accustomed to watching the Eagles, I was disoriented.

2023 you can point to a defense that was old and untalented, retreads and never were got tons of snaps. The DC was given to the HC. This year, the offense is the most expensive in football, and they look like they run a Dana Bible offense.
This is much worse than 2023.

It’s really being used heavily these days as a call-and-response for shitty people; just a quick test to see if you’re dealing with someone who is equally fed up with the expectation that you treat human beings with basic courtesy.
I really think that even most people who think language policing was a huge problem over the past 5-10 years have no patience for the disgusting little freaks who have tried to bring back "retarded" as a slur. It's just so low-rent and such a tell that the person using it is not worth your time

On sneaks, #Eagles had consistently--for years now--used TWO pushers (Saquon+Goedert), who in effect protected Jalen from guys coming in from the sides.
After the fails vs Detroit, they debuted this single pusher look last week in Dallas, which left the sides more vulnerable.
