I spoke in Parliament today to challenge the misinformation from those claiming this tribunal as a 'win' for the anti-trans agenda.
In fact it found Ms Peggie harassed a colleague for being trans, and it dismissed almost all her claims.
It also found that trans segregation is not supported in law.

Much of the media coverage has missed key information, the most important aspect being that all claims against Dr Beth Upton were dismissed

People should not have to "get used to dealing with stress". Rather, as part of the ongoing improvement in standards of living from generation to generation, the *causes* of stress need to be dealt with by the the appropriate authorities.
