i use a sunrise lamp that turns on about five minutes before my alarm goes off and slowly gets brighter. it's not like an official SAD lamp but it DOES help wake me up and get going in the morning, legit could not do without it, so in that sense it does help combat the SAD.

Had a very involved dream that I was looking for fang ofmd so I could propose marriage to him and I kept gaining a bigger and bigger crowd of people who very kindly assured me that he adored me and would definitely say yes. when i found him he giggled nonstop with joy.
