Just watched an analysis of the terrible Netflix version of The Electric State where I swear the person went back and found the book after watching the film and applied everything in the film to the story, missing every single point it makes in the process. All that sadness and hopelessness gone.

YouTuber talking about playing 'the original version of Doom on the PS1' because apparently subject knowledge is not a prerequisite for the deep dive they're about to do.

Watching a YouTuber think he's uncovered a conspiracy theory because he's worked out that children used to work in factories.

Balls.

Not as bad as it could have been though - just the handbrake not pulling enough on the near side. The cables were adjusted a while back so I suspect the caliper.

Is it the case now that a car with time left on the previous MOT can be used as long as there are no faults marked as dangerous?

'And you're in love with all the wonder it brings
And every muscle in your body sings as the highway ignites'

The Boss, circa Born to Run, was juiced to the eyeballs, boiling over with intensity and energy. That album is tearing apart at the seams, start to finish.

Can anyone invent a diagnostic device powerful enough to see inside Kemi Badenoch's skull? I'm fascinated by trying to find intelligent life in the solar system, but I reckon finding it in there would be a far bigger challenge.

Just listening to the new @wearedelasoul.com album Cabin In The Sky, and when the first track ran through a squad roll-call and reached Dave but nobody answered, I think my heart broke a little bit. When I reached the title track, it cracked wide open. What a tribute.

That's three times I've found the tyres I want, been unable to pick a fitting centre, and then tried again immediately to find that the price has doubled. Three different companies. Something stinks with all this.

Just watched The Soloist in VR, and holy fuck I need to go and have a lie down on the lowest, flattest, most solid surface I can find until the shakes go away.

That said, the views they get as they climb are so spectacular it's hard to believe they're real.

Lovely nods to Tokyo Drift and Initial D, and some brilliant drone shots. Plus, bonus Sabbath!

Been playing a few 'anomaly hunting' games recently, which is brilliant because it's like being called into paranormal investigations in strange places, but I can enjoy them in the warm and things actually happen!
