All the Palestinians released, though, are “prisoners,” including the many victims of Israel’s widespread arbitrary detention - meaning they are legally innocent, detained without charge or conviction.

People can’t understand unless they work for one. I got a job at a local comic book shop thinking I hit the jackpot (years before realizing/coming out as trans), and the owner and his wife were the most temperamental people I’d met and verbally abused us almost every day

The Republican Party in 2025 stands for requiring IDs to vote, but not requiring IDs to terrorize people of color under color of law.

Meanwhile, there have almost certainly been more instances of fake ICE attacking people than there have been of fraudulent voting.

This isn’t surprising but without proper ID, I can easily see how it is happening. How do we, as citizens, ensure that proper ID and warrants are required by all Federal employees? I know some states are now requiring it.
