I eventually managed to get through to a person via email, and they sorted the problem. Apparently my WordPress and Woo accounts weren’t linked, despite them being linked in the past. You have to go through the rigamarole of getting an AI response before being able to escalate it

Borrowed my dad’s hedge trimmer because I’ve only got shears. The hedge isn’t huge, it’s about my height, but I couldn’t be arsed to get a ladder, so I was going at it like Leatherface. I’m surprised I’ve made it this far through life tbh

I begrudge going in on premium because they’re being so aggressive with ads to force people down that path, and I don’t watch it a huge amount, but I know I’m gonna give in and sub before too long

First thoughts. It’s great, and I’m looking forward to playing more, but I’m struggling with the controls a bit. I’ve had to put the Pro Controller down and opt for Joy-Cons, but even then it’s taking a bit of getting used to. It’s lovely to play a “traditional” Mario game again though!
