If the outcome is in the job description, then the job isn't "judge."
Instead of hiring more immigration judges, the Department of Justice just posted an ad for "deportation judges." join.justice.gov

The most surprising part of this story is that Habba charged her. I will set the over under at 60 days until Trump orders the case dismissed and/or pardons Green.
SCOOP — A former staffer for Rep. Jeff Van Drew (R-NJ), Natalie Green, 26, was charged today for falsely reporting she was attacked by 3 men who wrote "TRUMP WHORE" on her stomach bc of her job. It was staged by her + a friend.

Van Drew isn't named in the complaint but I've confirmed w/ his office.

Less than 24hrs ago we were told “he was controversial. Things happen” about another political assassination. Dude still has his job from what I’ve read.
New: Reuters has tallied job losses, suspensions and investigations stemming from the reaction to Charlie Kirk's Sept. 10 assassination. Its findings: More than 600 Americans have been punished, and the figure is likely to be an under-count.

I will never forget having to edit Jamal’s final, posthumous piece for the Washington Post, after he was murdered.

He was calling for free expression in the Arab world. You can read it here :

For every surveillance state to function, there must be a critical mass of people who willingly act as snitches to further the regime's ideology.

I lived through this firsthand, money isn't the motivating factor for these people, it's the satisfaction of seeing people they hate suffer

We investigated -- and found little evidence to support the government’s claims about Tren de Aragua.

One aspect of this story is that POTUS + OLC can try to create a factual and legal alternate universe for the U.S. executive branch where this premeditated killing is somehow permissible.

But the rest of the world doesn’t have to live in that fantasy land.

A Sharon Begley byline, almost 5 years after her death.

Upon hearing the news James Watson had died, a STAT reporter said in our Slack, "I wish I could read what Sharon would have written."

Incredible news: Sharon in fact did pre-write a Watson obit. And it is masterful and excoriating.

These operations would be unlawful even if those murdered had all been criminals. But it's important to show just how much deception is involved from start to finish in this gruesome charade.
The AP tracked down details of some of the people killed in President Trump's military strikes on drug smugglers he describes as narco-terrorists.

They were, with one exception, not high-level criminals. One was a fisherman. One was a bus driver; another a taxi driver.
