Thing about this that baffles the shite out of me is these are the same people who go "not enough white babies are being born, we must roll back women's rights and family values to the 18th century and breed breed breed" yet are dead set on killing babies through complete ignorance and negligence.

I had a baby die in my arms of pertussis some fifty years ago. It was a HORRIBLE death. But my fellow nurses said to me, "It's almost stamped out now, they're all getting the shots, we won't be seeing this again."

My little sister had a Talking Teddy Ruxpin back in the 90s.
When the batteries got low it used to randomly start talking, but groaning it in a low pitched voice, in the middle of the fucking night, and scare the shit out of us.
It also picked up emergency services radio broadcasts on road trips.
