How to Clean Up Copaganda — Interrupting Criminalization

I remain baffled as to why this has been thrust upon us.

I'm trying to find an article called Banishment: The History of its Use. The author, Snider.

Google's AI just wildly grasping to make any sense of my very normal and reasonable search.

Anyway, can anybody help me with a copy?
Al Overview
A "Snider banishment" is not a widely known historical event but refers to two different public incidents involving individuals named Snyder. In one case, a tribal official named Snyder was found guilty of theft, and in the other, a mayor named Snyder was involved in a Supreme Court case regarding corruption. There is no single "Snider banishment."

I think what's bothering me about all these statements I'm seeing from politicians that are variations of "Israeli hostages and Palestinians are returning to their homes, yay" is that Israelis are returning to their homes and Palestinians are returning to uninhabitable post apocalyptic rubble.

If you buy an NFT of a stock in OpenAI you should have to wear a big bell like a goat for the rest of your life.
The crash is going to be brutal when it comes.

Robinhood says "it might offer "tokenized" equity in OpenAI. By "tokenized," Business Insider reports, Robinhood means "blockchain-enabled representations of securities like stocks." In reality, they have no connection to OpenAI equity whatsoever."

It’s really disheartening to see people who admit this regime is doing eugenics fail to understand the ways in which chronically ill, disabled, and immunocompromised people are just absolutely fucked by Long Covid

Andre Dickens
Father. Mayor of Atlanta
Saw that I was tagged as I am on my way to another affordable development we are opening. Mixed income housing on the southside literally where we are extending TADs.
1. Dan hasn't built affordable housing. EVER! But somehow he's an expert because he talks about it but has never delivered. EVER. In nearly 4 years, we have 12,000+ built or under construction Doing the WORK and not just the talk. Many of the developments rely on TAD funding
2. Dan hasn't built grocery stores or fresh food access points. We have built some and supported dozens using TADs.
3. Dan has bounced from college to college and now is across the country but yet continues to comment/lecture about the work that strong Black leaders do in predominately Black communities for low-income people in communities that are still underinvested by corporations & agencies. He doesn't know these people nor these neighborhoods nor the plight. Dan is out of touch would be one way to describe it. Another way is that he is so arrogant that he thinks that he can comment on people and space he has no proximity nor history of support for. Classic gentrifier.
4. Dan gets paid to comment about the ratio between the hammer & nail but his hands won't build a thing! Work> Talk
at a meeting last week, a local gov employee here (athens) told me they were shocked by atlanta's raids on homeless encampments. girl, really? this is their mayor. how are you shocked?? phew.

Wow. The Mayor of Atlanta's communications office sure knows how to do some off-the-rails ad hominem attack on Linked-In. Absolutely devoid of substantive response. (See reponse below)

Today seems like a good day to remind folks that the Christian school lobby was one of the biggest opponents of the ADA. They fought hard for (and won) exemptions for religious institutions from the law. Private schools are also not required to accept or accommodate disabled students.
Did the authors of the papers you're feeding into the data stealing machine consent to you giving away their intellectual property? 🙁

ITS NOT SENTIENT
ITS NOT INTELLIGENT

AM I IN HELL, IS THIS SOME CIRCLE OF HELL WHAT IS HAPPENING
Imagine admitting that you didn’t do your own work and that you’re basing your claims to epistemic authority on the computational equivalent of a game of snap.
No, I already have the papers. I want it to read the papers.

This special education news is really devastating and we're going to learn more in the coming days as we get more info and people figure out exactly what it means, but a reminder that disabled people are entitled to a free appropriate public education.

A 13-year-old boy was arrested by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents in Everett after an interaction with members of the Everett Police Department and sent to a juvenile detention facility in Virginia, according to his mother and immigration lawyer Andrew Lattarulo.

The boy’s mother, Josiele Berto, was called to pick her son up from the Everett Police Department on Thursday, the day he was arrested. After waiting for about an hour and a half, she was told her son was taken by ICE, Berto told the Globe in a phone interview.

“My world collapsed,” Berto said in Portuguese.

From the police department, the boy was taken to ICE’s holding facility in Burlington on Thursday evening, where he spent a night before being transferred by car to the Northwestern Regional Juvenile Detention Center in Winchester, Va., on Friday morning, his mother said. The juvenile facility is more than 500 miles away from Everett.

The boy is a 7th-grader at Albert N. Parlin School in Everett, his mother said. The teen and his family, who are Brazilian nationals, have a pending asylum case and are authorized to work legally in the United States, Lattarulo said.

I had a lot of convos with people who said they were sympathetic, but Defund the Police was a "bad slogan". I told them it wasn't a slogan. It was an answer. It was an answer to the constant question "what can we do to actually lower crime and make our neighborhood's safer?"

Anyway. Here we are.
Should’ve defunded the police like we instructed smh
Thank you! Unfortunately, you can't use Medicaid in other states and we live about 7 hours' drive from their Florida location.

ICE left David, a 17-year-old boy, stranded on the side of Interstate 20 after pulling over his immigrant father, Hector, in Mississippi.

David began running in the scorching sun after the car and watched as it disappeared from sight—soon headed to a Louisiana ICE prison.

Here's their story.

One more thing: people are homeless because they have been deprived of housing.

You solve homelessness with homes.

Pharmacies don't give vaccines to young children!! I can't find a single one that offers for them children under age 3. How would you even find a pediatrician's office that offers COVID vaccines if yours doesn't? Then what? Whole-ass CHANGE PEDIATRICIAN'S FOR ONE SHOT?
What about children younger than 5? Can they get vaccinated?
• The COVID vaccine by Moderna has been approved for use in children from 6 months to 4 years of age but is not available in the health departments of the Coastal Health District. Please check with your pediatrician's office or local pharmacy to see if they have the Moderna vaccine for young children.
