The last section of the bill would FORCE GOP LEADERSHIP IN BOTH THE HOUSE & SENATE TO TAKE UP A SIMILAR BILL NEXT SUMMER.
tl;dr: Vulnerable House GOP members are PISSED OFF at Mike Johnson & John Thune for letting them twist in the wind on the ACA tax credit issue.
