Congress has provided a contingency plan for SNAP to keep the program going for years in case of a shut down. The USDA sneakily took the plan down. Now blue states are suing to continue benefits for their constituents.

I think it’s really disgusting people are “joking” (they aren’t) about no SNAP benefits meaning women are more likely to trade sexual favors for groceries/food.

I also think it’s sad that calling it out for being weird, gross, and a predatory mindset is being considered as pandering.

SNAP is not the reason your taxes are high.

SNAP recipients don’t need to “just go get a job”.

Most of them work. The rest are disabled, elderly, children or caregivers.

People need & deserve assistance

Your taxes fund wars and tax cuts for the ultra rich

Be mad about that
