After Hitler lost the war, the belief among SS and Gestapo officials that they were untouchable collapsed almost overnight. Nazi leaders were prosecuted, the SS and Gestapo were declared criminal organizations, and thousands were tried, convicted, and imprisoned.
If ICE agents were obeying the law, Miller wouldn't have to claim they have "federal immunity." If Trump's misuse of ICE was legal, they wouldn't need immunity. Either way, they remain subject to the Constitution and can be charged at the state level. They can all be charged, including Trump.
