Using ALT TEXT is the right thing to do to ensure everyone has access to photo posts/memes. Just copy text from article and paste into the Alt Text window. It is also a benefit to you since the character limit is well over 1000! Plus, Alt-Text is searchable, unlike a photo.

Confirmed: Earlier this morning a photog overheard agents inside the parking garage say “dismissed,” believed to be calling off their planned mass raid.
A source tells me they had planned for *hundreds* of agents to flood Canal St. They got flooded instead.
