Almost makes you forget you’re in an office downtown.
I buy this tea from Japan and the label is this adorable drawing of the farmers who grow it. 🥹
We're back! It was fun. Spent all our time in a snowbird resort community with liberals from the midwest so no danger there.

Hey, we made a starter pack!

Here are all the sheep farms we've found here so far, follow them to learn where your wool comes from - and for cute lamb photos!

"More or less believes in the rule of law" is enough for this environment.

Yeah, he does that a lot.
They were all forced to live in the resort while filming and the production company didn’t cover their room service bills.

I can't even imagine. I'm so sorry.
I would extend this to charismatic people of all genders.
"Never trust a charismatic man" seems to be a good rule of thumb. In 50+ years can't think of a single one I've met who didn't turn out to be an utter shit in some way or other.

A reminder that people with power (especially especially celebrity men) are given tacit permission to do whatever they want. It’s very rare to find someone who doesn’t take advantage of that.
Anyone else feeling like MAGA is getting a lot more mainstream acceptance this time around?

It’s going to be interesting seeing how many “ally” celebrities publicly turn by March.

Some of the most valuable real estate on earth burned to ashes today, and billionaires still think they’re gonna be exempt from climate change.

It also seems like people are mad about the Getty villa being a rich persons house, in which case I have news for you about who lives in Malibu and pacific palisades LMAO
I’ve been thinking about that
I enjoy Christmas car commercials because they’re so carefully crafted you can easily draw conclusions like: “Asian people are not buying enough mid-size Volkswagens”

We all could use a little good news. It’s been a while since I’ve seen any glimmers of hope or signs that our judicial system is pushing back on Trump. That changed this week. My write-up on two legal developments: https://buff.ly/4gx3jJR
