Alternatively, how long would it take them to notice if i installed a bunch of mirrored tiles on the wall outside my bedroom?
I can’t see the sky from my bedroom window no matter what angle i look out from, so what do you think the chances are of me convincing my neighbors to paint their charcoal grey house bright colors instead????

I did it. I moved. And i built a bed frame. The bed frame took as long as the move and two screws won’t tighten but I’m in bed anyways.
