I swear every time I look at JPN entertainment news, it's like "Pedo shows up in popular manga, no one questions this. Guy did 1 drug and is scrubbed from game. Guy assaulted woman and is hired for game. Woman fired for rumors and not being Japanese enough. Guy abused people, keeps job."

So anyway I restored Daicon IV from scratch. This was a joint project with Chris Person (papapishu), who sourced the incredibly Rare Laserdisc release. The raw files can be found on the internet archive for those interested in processing it yourself. Enjoy! archive.org/details/DAIC...

I'm always baffled by the licenses Bandai picks up.
But I can confidently say I can't see Mafex or anyone else doing this. Probably a better choice than WWE or Rebel Moon was.
Do you remember Bandai doing Rebel Moon SHF? I didn't until my gf mentioned it.
