Yesterday we celebrated the 1-year anniversary of Caroline joining our family. I know I've said it before, but, adopting her age 11 after 17 months in the shelter brought both joys + challenges. At the year mark she lets us pet her on the back almost every day! She is brave and perfect! #Caturday

as she has gotten older. Although, her attitude still need adjustments. I wish more people appreciated the commonality among animals & humans. They do feel joy, pain, fear, etc. just as we do. I'm glad your kitty found someone who recognizes h/her's beautiful personality, although manipulative. :)

favorite of her dr's. So much so, we never knew if she was faking an issue because she knew if she went to the ER, she got gifts. I had to tell family to stop. She had such the spritely attitude. I asked her Dr about it & he said it was common for sick kids to feel a little entitled. She's mellowed

Beautiful kitty. Funny thing about the attitude, it happens with sick kids, too. My daughter was born with hereditary spherocytosis (genetic blood disorder) and she had frequent hospitalizations, transfusions, splenectomy & even life-flighted. Attention was showered upon her by everyone. She was a

A very happy elder Kitty who, after several weeks of low dose PEMF twice a week, has gained weight and is back to her normal self. Just 10x more bossy because of how badly we spoiled her because we expected to lose her.

I understand she is grieving, but in time she should be pursuing a husband to rely on and to produce more kids. Why is she different than all the young women they were influencing to do the same. I don't believe any of their garbage, however, they set their standards. She should follow them.
