That's laughable.

weaponry to defend themselves. But, Israel has plenty because the US supplies them with everything they need. There is a difference between Hamas and the Palestinian people. Hamas is a terrorist organization. What it did was wrong. However, Israel has shown itself not to be any better.

I'm not stupid. I never mentioned or implied who started what. I know the attack by Hamas started the latest "war."
I put war in quotations because Israel has gone way too far in its response which mainly targeted the Palestinian people, not Hamas. It's hardly a war when the Palestinians have no

I agree it would be great if there were no more wars. At this point in time, wars are unfortunately not likely to stop. However, the US is just as culpable as other countries who commit war crimes. We need to stop acting like we are above commiting war crimes. Our history says otherwise. Good night.

tracking down and executing members of Hamas who have arrest warrants issued by the Hague, even though it is a member of the Hague. Israel faces no consequences because we are their strongest supporter. The US is intimidating, even to our allies. That is the allies we once had until tRump.

The Hague does not have a police force or the ability to arrest anyone. It relies on other member nations to enforce it warrants. So, the US should have arrested Netanyahu... not welcomed him. We should have arrested Putin in Alaska. Sadam didn't have a warrant issued by the Hague. Israel is busy

I do get it. We (I) do not see "war crimes" as a uniquely American phenomenon. It can happen anywhere and by anyone. I agree, it would be ideal not to have any wars, but that has not been or is not the current situation for many countries. That does not excuse mistreatment of civilians or pow's.

It's not wishful thinking. Many units, platoons, etc... has had the moral fortitude of not torturing, raping, murdering innocent people & continued their march to their next destination within the rules of engagement. Having a "title for tat" mentality does not justify operating outside those rules.
December 3, 2025 at 8:55 AM
Still not getting it.
December 3, 2025 at 8:45 AM
Yeah, that would be ideal. But saying the Russians did "ABC"... and thinking that it's justification for others to behave immorally... beyond the rules of engagement... is somehow a part of war is insane. That's why we have the Hague.

These "unpatriotic Americans" were speaking of illegal orders. tRump chimes in about never disobeying orders from the President. There was no defense of his orders being legal. He knows he is issuing illegal orders. This is an admission of guilt.
December 3, 2025 at 8:35 AM
War is war, but that doesn't include purposefully murdering innocent children, raping women, physical and psychological abuse of prisoners, torture, mistreatment and abuse of "locals", etc... there is no justification for war crimes.

You're missing the point.

Revolutionary War and the mistreatment, removal, and murder of Native Americans. We started off with a superiority complex and have never lost it.

I hope there is a class action lawsuit. This is discrimination and utter ignorance.
