Adventures in sustainable business. Mom, Mrs., optimist, former chief exec at Sancroft, former GSSB chair @ Global Reporting Initiative. Girly swot. Immigrants: we get the job done.
We saw this at the @edfringe.bsky.social a few months ago. It’s extremely silly and witty, an oddly good explainer on one of the most notorious corporate tax disputes in history, and boasts some seriously impressive musical comedy.

Morning @govindajeggy.bsky.social you’ve been earnestly encouraging me thru couch to 5k, but I wonder what honest advice you have on a dark, cold, relentlessly wet and windy Wednesday? Navid’s boot camp required today. 🥶 🥔

When you connect with a writer, they feel like a close friend. As a fellow “enthusiastic amateur” I join my voice to the chorus in praise of a wonderful talent whose generous spirit was so obvious on the page for so many years. RIP

I have struggled to engage w this unfolding disaster for months now, in part out of solidarity w Jewish & Israeli friends who deserve to live w/o threat of attack; in part bc I sorely lack expertise (armchair commentary too often entrenches ignorance). An unconscionable calamity on all our shoulders
The UN has declared a famine in Gaza.

🟢 Watch our video to see how this famine was *engineered*

🟢 Call your representative.

🟢 Demand full funding for UNRWA (USA & Sweden).

🟢 Demand a ban on the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation.

I have a dream that some day, someone will invent a signal that you can flash from your car to let other drivers know you're planning to make a turn.
