We observe on Saturday, and apparently will be observing at breakfasts for the next week. Good plan.
It's leftover pie for breakfast season, y'all.

Tired: Center of Excellence
Wired: Center of Enablement

In terms of business, a Center of Enablement has access to organizational information, mandate to support and enable efforts, as well as access to risk resources in the organization. You need an AI & GRC CoE v2.0 to manage AI-related Risk.

A man in France is accused of drugging more than 200 women at a job interview.

He gave them a drug to make them need to urinate, and then made sure they didn’t have access to a toilet.

Many had to urinate in public or have accidents.

This is why we choose the bear.
‘I didn’t even know this type of attack existed’: more than 200 women allege drugging by senior French civil servant
In a case echoing the Pelicot trial, dozens of women allege they were given hot drinks mixed with a diuretic to make them urinate. Three of them speak out here

This needs NEVER to be forgotten, for so so many reasons.
This is disgusting.

Ronald Reagan refused to acknowledge the AIDS crisis. Even refused to help his "friend from the Hollywood days" Rock Hudson.

George W. Bush waited 7 years to recognize World AIDS Day.

And now we are back to a POS GOP POTUS who will ignore it.

I had a very off morning. I was at my desk about to hop on a Teams call when I noticed I was not wearing a necklace. I turned and saw one I rarely wear hanging with my cables. Odd, but OK. I put it on and did the meeting. It was a chain my dad used to wear. He died 11 years ago today.❤️Nice memory.

I'ma be honest, I use this as a selling point of being friends with me. I'm the «less exciting» friend who always has snacks, books, and an empty calendar... And free time to talk about #InfoSec!

This topic deserves additional reposts this morning.

It does no harm to shape society in such a way that people can love who they wish to with equality.

I wish I didn’t have to share this. But the BBC has decided to censor my first Reith Lecture.

They deleted the line in which I describe Donald Trump as “the most openly corrupt president in American history.” /1

It’s the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. ♀️

The #EU, a signatory to the Istanbul Convention, is committed to eliminating gender-based violence – and #CJEU has confirmed that women exposed to such violence may be granted international protection.⚖️🛡️

BREAKING: This is huge news, the EU's equivalent of the 🇺🇸Supreme Court's 2015 Obergefell v. Hodges ruling.

🇪🇺Court of Justice just ruled all 🇪🇺countries must recognise same-sex marriages granted in other member states.

This effectively legalises gay marriage across 🇪🇺

One of these days, instead of taking a laptop, portable screen, special keyboard, my-hand-sized mouse bla bla on my back into work, I'm just going to bring a goat. BECAUSE THAT MAKES THE SAME SENSE.

I dislike hotdesking. It's so abelist. Just let me work in comfort, you know?
