Yet every verified MAGA chode on X dutifully calls it a riot or violent insurrection.

Now, 2 decades later, many are urging the TX Supreme Court to reinterpret that statute in cases transgender care. And the court appears very open to doing so.

And now their tech is in the hands of the DHS.
NEW: CBP signs a new deal with Clearview AI to access its scraped image database for "tactical targeting," including efforts to “disrupt, degrade, and dismantle” networks of people labeled security threats.

Why would the CIA even have intelligence about the 2020 election when it’s not allowed to operate in the US? And how could it legally comply with this order, for the same reason? (Yes, these are rhetorical questions.)
"President Donald Trump has instructed the CIA and other spy agencies to provide intelligence about the 2020 election to a former campaign lawyer who led efforts to try to overturn that year’s election, a U.S. intelligence official and a person with knowledge of the matter said on Tuesday."

there are two things about this, one is that there is no prime minister of switzerland, he's talking about the president of the swiss confederation, which is a different thing entirely, and, two, i'm not sure you could make a more persuasive case to SCOTUS for nuking tariffs than this one
Trump: "So I put on a 30% tariff, which is very low. I got an emergency call from I believe the prime minister of Switzerland. She was very aggressive ... I didn't really like the way she talked to us, so instead of giving her a reduction, I raised it to 39%."
