I’m surprised Newsweek is ranked so high. I bet lots of people think it’s still the same magazine it was 20 years ago, rather than the online repository of reposts of viral stories from other sites and conservatives opinion pieces too far out for the WSJ that it is today.

one thing about "big" right wing accounts joining over here is that it quickly becomes apparent they have no idea how to function online without a built in army of incel followers they can sic on people to harass

It depends on where you are in the U.S., but generally inspections here are geared towards emissions inspections. Cities with air pollution problems require inspections whereas rural areas tend to not require them.

Same. Whenever I analyze music with my students I always give them some version of “uhh that’s an aug 6 chord. Don’t worry about that, we’ll learn about it later.” And I’ve been getting away with it for YEARS.
