Pointless to a elect "local rep." who then doesn't or can't do that job.
Worse is that there isn't an effective std process whereby the elected can learn and update themselves on constituent wishes.
Recall tools are the minimum required.

Under any circumstances this decision appears to be solely based in malice and exploitation.
I have been a nurse for 16 years and a NP for 8. Never in my career were there enough nurses, and we've always worked in a shortage. This is going to be catastrophic for the profession.
