I just gotta say that when I was on a Hillsborough County, NH Grand Jury back in the late 80s, we would not indict a ham sandwich! We did indict abt 75 cases a day & a few fairly famous ones, but we also refused to indict quite a few, usually when the evidence sucked. Or, well, pot... another story.

Grand jury: “Cool, but not Letitia James. Also, we’re vegan now.”
