Forgot that today is "Photo with Santa" day at the memory care place where MiL lives. So this afternoon will be shot. :(

Lucid dreamed last night: we were having a bunch of people over (church thing?) in our rambling ranch style house, and there was a pop-up Bath and Bodyworks store (closing at 7, tho), and the airedales (passed in '21) were hiding in the yard with the fawn, and Tucker and Hilde were under a couch.

Did the grinding work of updating my website for the new books and new covers (and new links all over the place).
There's just no way to show the character on each cover without it becoming a horrid mess. (So Marina is behind the book in front of her, as are Genoveva, Emilia, and Seraphim.)

All of this. Be extremely wary of those words. They’re part of the reason I withdrew a story from a dream market this year.
If you see the words 'irrevocable', 'in perpetuity', 'formats not yet invented', 'net after costs', 'all rights', you're selling every damn thing you could make money from as an author for a one time payment, or in this case, a promise.

My computer memory is fixed, the battery works, my fonts are back, and (I think ) all my dad's estate stuff is taken care of (at least the parts that I can do anything about.)
