I say "just", but that's not to imply it's simple or easy. I drank far too much for a while, needing to drink every day to get through. And then I got therapy for CSA, and gave it up.

Most of what we call addiction just seems to be people struggling with trauma or other serious personal issues, and the thing they're obsessing over is just a symptom, not the cause, anyhow.

I'm one of the few men who got diagnosed with fibro-myalgia by a team of specialists. And I got to learn how this diagnosis gets treated by many (even in healthcare) as some phony excuse.

I've read that mansions (and old castles) are prone to mold. So it kinda seems like the result of living like a rich person without a big staff to tend to the property for your incompetent, lazy, rich person ass.
