I'll never call Twitter "X" and I'll probably never call tweets "skeets."

I'm old. People will just have to live with me.
With Simmons officially out, winning doesn't matter, defense doesn't really matter (especially with so many spectacular catches from the Pats).

All that matters from the Titans is that the offense continues to show some progress. Everything else is entirely pointless.
The only caveat I'll add is that they're probably looking at it as a building block for Cam and if you take the half as-is, that's good. Trying for a TD risks turning the overall half into a disappointment.

But fuck that. 49 seconds and three timeouts is enough to try or you're not trying. Gross.
The Titans giving up a long TD and then getting the ball back with 49 seconds and three timeouts heading into half, only to intentionally burn the clock with no interest in trying to score is a legitimate wow the moment.

Will Levis surrender cobra was less impotent than Mike McCoy in that moment.
Man, they've got no talent to work with but results are often blah.

Either way, new staff next year means he's probably gone anyway.
I'd love the Titans to beat Vrabel but, more generally, I'm kinda ok to have the offense looking remotely competent as the defense flounders and they lose more games.
It's early and the interim coach bounce is in effect but the Titans offense looks almost like a normal offense.

Brian Callahan is whatever the opposite of a savant is.
Pretty sure Denny used to post rise and grind messages all the time on Twitter.

What a fraud!
Same thought here. It's pathetic, really.

Mike from Stranger Things should apologize for stealing those glasses.
A bit. More RPOs, maybe more uptempo.

But the 4th round rookie thing was intended to undercut the excitement.
I'm super excited to see how Cam does now that the Titans can tailor the offense to him and the ... 4th round rookie ... WR1.

Recipe for success is in the oven!!!

What did you do for a Klondike bar?
WHAT DID YOU DO?!
Harrison Butker's house?
Regardless, I guess I'm just intrigued by and appreciate how much of the storytelling in this game highlights all the same rules and approaches that work for writing books.
Now, I think a lot of this is true because of the reliance on cutscenes and the preponderance of storytelling that happens as you're navigating the world on a boat or walking through tunnels, etc.

But it's also quite intentional and I suspect intent guides form quite a bit here.
The brother armorers in GoW Ragnarok are fully fleshed. They guide the story, they show don't tell, they're given autonomy and background and facetime. They're just as fleshed out and have maybe even more personality, tbh, than Kratos himself.
Totally different game but a good example of the contrast would be an armor in Diablo IV whose entire character is made up of three or four things that they say when you first click on them.

"My hammer sings on your return."

Cool line but ... no depth.
Some of the best examples of this are the armorers. They could be, as in almost every other game, just an NPC who appears in certain locations and has a couple lines of dialogue and they sell you stuff. Functional and anything that they're going to add is going to be entirely exposition.
I've said before but in some ways it's weird how well this game works, considering it's pretty easy puzzles and combat can be rather button-mashy and isn't overly difficult.

But the story, characterizations and quality shine through. It's just so polished and everyone feels so built out.
I've finally returned to God of War: Ragnarok, which I started immediately but only briefly after finishing God of War ... immediately after I got a PC some time last year.

Just freed Tyr, quite enjoying myself.
Very much not a fan of turning off replies and quite tweets but to each their own.

To my own, it's a screenshot (in lieu of the forbidden quote tweet) and a reminder to BTFU.

The familiar can be a betrayal when you've grown up, moved out, changed in myriad ways and then return home. Old habits and ways still feel comfortable, even when you know they're wrong; even if they're toxic to the person you are now.
You're not wrong.

Although Vrabel having a grudge in this one probably helps his case.
Also found this other one we used to have.
Been trying to figure out what this children's book was for years. Finally figured it out today. Super excited. Gonna have to get a copy.
