we made a critical error allowing reactionaries to make-up concepts like “biological sex” and frame them as non-ideological when it’s the exact opposite: people who undergo HRT *are literally changing their biological sex.* this is not some philosophical distinction, it is actual biological reality.

These lawsuits, or the threat of them, are an existential threat to organizations but they're also an existential threat to (trans) people and I think that's more important. Every trans kid being excluded is more important than the existence of the organization itself and I don't say that lightly.
Whilst it is absolutely true that the lawfare deployed against charities in particular, but also many other businesses, is an existential threat to them, I think it is also fair for us to be furious that the choice is always "fuck them trannies" and continued existence.
