If all you're doing is bashing Democrats, I'm just going to unfollow you, because you're not a serious person, and you're not helping, and you're just mindlessly parroting tired Anti-Dem stereotypes and propaganda.

Focus your venting and ire on the GOP where it belongs. THEY did all this. Not Dems.

From street marches to court battles to the ballot box - we’ve challenged the power of this exceptionally unpopular president.

The lesson from each success we've had is that we need to ramp the political pressure up, always up, not back down, now more than ever.

P.P.S. Oh yeah, one more thing!

I should also note that the tax credit formula is NOT reverting back to EXACTLY what it was in 2020...it's changing to be even LESS generous than it was then due to a regulatory change made by the Trump Regime last spring.

Here's how they differ.

There's a third choice.

People who think they know politics, but actually don't actually think that Schumer has the same power over his members that the House Speaker does and the eight Senators went their own way because they could.
There are two choices here.

Schumer is such a feckless leader that he lost eight votes on an absolutely critical bill.

Or Schumer gave them tacit permission, which is why the Minority Whip is among the eight and none of them are up for reelection next year.
Why are you attacking him so hard?

I prefer to blame the people who ACTUALLY DID THIS BULLSHIT!

These people.

You'll notice Chuck Schumer IS NOT AMONG THEM!

🚨 The shutdown isn’t over. The Senate vote was a procedural step, not a deal. Nothing is reopening. Nothing is fixed. Eight Democrats helped move an old GOP bill while families go unpaid and SNAP stays frozen.

Flood the lines. Call your Senators.

Well yeah…

That’s why folks need to be realistic & admit that nobody is coming out of this without feeling some pain.

The best thing you can do for yourself & your community is spend time preparing to outlast the other side.

Once November 2024 happened it was always going to come down to this.
"At that point, the Republican plan, in a nutshell, could be summarized in one word: wait.

GOP leaders, in the White House and on Capitol Hill, assumed that just enough Senate Democrats would cave under pressure. Those assumptions proved true."

So? You thought it wasn't going to happen if we stayed shut down? Now at least we get Dems calling out PUBLICLY how vicious rate hikes will be. It has been unchallenged in the shutdown. Now we actually can put the onus 100% on the GOP. On the RECORD not just in weak press coverage of Dem positions

What she said. I'm sick of y'all. We wouldn't be in this mess if people would deal with their MAGA, leftist, non-voting relatives.
It's time to stop amplifying accounts who are Anti-Democrats. Especially those whose only lean is to constantly trash our party, when all of this preventable mess, is due to Trump and the GOP who control all three branches. Many lack political investment in harm reduction!

We got a clean CR, no vote on BBB (BUB). That was the original goal, and it passed. Rate hikes on ACA were going to happen no matter what. Now maybe we can get them stopped or reduced. And Johnson has to seat Grijalva. So there IS that.

The most accurate analogy 🎯
Yup. Exactly. Democrats are the parents who stayed to take care of the kids, and do the best they can, without alimony, child support, or a decent paying job. Republicans are the dead beats who show up maybe a couple times a year, lie, never pay bills, and get the kids to blame the parent who stayed

#MAGA people are easy to figure out. There are basically 2 groups of MAGA:

1. the truly uneducated
2. the dishonest, greedy fucks who PRETEND to be uneducated & manipulate & exploit Group 1 for personal & political gain.

It's a simple formula.

You know, the people least likely to be affected either way.
