My back has been playing up all week, but thought I was over the worst of it till I did the extremely strenuous and energetic act of opening the fridge, then it was half an hour of rolling on the floor in agony.
Managed to prop myself in a chair and pop pills, but that's me done in for a few days.

Breaking up the conclusion to the season 13 of Who set with the story no real Doctor Who fan would even consider could be mixed up with The Seeds of Death.
And, though there's been a few recoveries since, this was the final existent at the time classic Who I saw. Not a bad one to leave till last.

Today's New Avengers became a gift to before they were famous shows, with Martin Shaw and Lewis Collins as the villains, even with a handy "We should work together again some time" line.
