It depends on the state. Wisconsin has the loosest laws in the country I think? Not positive about that though. But yeah, the national legal drinking age is 21, but other liquor laws are set by the states.

He talked about that when you really want something (creatively or otherwise), you have to follow that, no matter what. So he thinks quitting a job in order to do that is not a bad thing. Because the job steals time and you might miss opportunities.
