Today I learned that Brad Pitt dated Juliette Lewis when he was 26 and she was 14.

Before that, he dated Shalane McCall when he was 24 and she was 15.

I grew up in Indiana in the 1960s & the age of consent was 16. I dated a 23 year old when I was 15, and a 20 year old at age 16 and nobody thought either of those was scandalous. I also had part-time jobs in high school & have been self-supporting since I was 19. It was a very different time.
