Some dude swiped my iPhone last night while I was reading by the side of an escalator at my train station. Eighteen hours later, I can report that being without my iPhone since then has *not* improved my quality of life.

JUST IN: Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey Snell just confirmed, at the prodding of U.S. Magistrate Judge Keri Holleb Hotaling, that this motion for dismissal followed a "no bill" from a grand jury.

This 37 minute episode of the Daily is the most harrowing, infuriating piece of reporting I’ve heard in a long time. Everyone needs to listen to it. A sane country would be debating only the length of the prison terms of the people who did this to these men. We just moved to the next scandal.

Democrats need to lay the groundwork for reform by attacking the villains on the Supreme Court - loudly, angrily, personally, relentlessly. And they should start now.
