top experience was going to watch the strangers (2008) at a theater in my alabama college town. the place was packed and every time something sneaky or creepy happened, damn near everybody in the theater started shrieking or yelling at the screen. in retrospect, my favorite experience

Mine also include The Matrix, Blair Witch, and being way too stoned in Belgium when Fellowship of the Ring was sold out so we sat in the back row for Mulholland Drive instead.

It was hands-down one of the most memorable theater-going experiences I can remember, a collective 30-minute butt-clench/armrest-grab for the final climb. And we knew he lived! Wild.

other thing I hate about my specific cptsd: whenever I try to go to sleep, before I really relax my body is like HEY. YOU HAVE TO PEE NOW. NOWNOWNOW and so I get up and my body is like :) jk you don't have to pee ur fine go sleepy :) and then we do this three more times before I finally relax

I just found out that they made ANOTHER candy-ass adaptation of one of gregory maguire's books where YET AGAIN they strip the weird stuff and the strange yet poignant religious themes from the story. stop doing this to his work I am begging!!!!!!
