a point I feel the need to make about regulation, generally: it’s not that companies will automatically follow the law or that regulatory penalties can always be greater than the benefit of acting illegally

it’s that making something illegal gives employees a greater chance of refusing to do it

The institute created by Congress, signed into law by Reagan, and axed by Trump back in February.

He literally had the president of the USIP hauled out by police and has now deemed himself the emperor of peace.

Trump just pardoned Anti-Women Rights Congressman Henry Cuellar, and Dem Leadership is making themselves complicit by endorsing blatant corruption.

Cuellar was indicted in 2024 for taking 600k in bribes from a bank & from Azerbaijan, who ethnically cleansed over 100,000 Armenians last year.
