Republicans have received 50+% of the Presidential vote once since 1992. That's 1 out of 9 elections. Dems moved left in 2008 and went hard for health care and won. Dems went left and pushed for gay rights and won.

FWIW, his pronunciation is great. I spent 20 years as an Arabic linguist in the Navy and he sounds as good as I would.

What dialect is he speaking? ازيك is not how I would say "How are you?". I'm not a maybe Arabic speaker, but I learned MSA and lots of Gulf dialect.

Throwing transgender Americans under the bus is a non-starter. Passing Obamacare also lost Ds the election in 2010 but it was the right thing to do. Clinton's deficit reduction act in 1993 lost the election and it was also the right thing to do.
