I have to deal with Telus this week and I'm already getting a headache over it. I need them to transfer a number to a family member. They'll say they can't do that. But last time I closed an account they tried to get me to transfer it to a family member ten times.

There are universal remote apps but I’ve never tried them. I had the Roku one tho and it was a lifesaver when that little remote disappeared.
