Introductions.
Big fan of SciFi and Aviation art. But never actually gave it a go until I suffered a brain injury which left me partially sighted. Started with Bryce 5.0 before settling on Lightwave3d.

I’m pretty sure the Whitestar was by Kier Darby [ap3d.com], who wrote a very popular step-by-step tutorial revealing how it was made, textures and all.
