Hey folks. Here's one of the animations I did showing an O'Neill Colony - basically a hollowed out cylinder in space. This one is 35km long and 9km across and spins once per minute (if I remember) to provide 1g gravity.

Please repost! Spread the love!

Do you write #book #reviews? They help #authors even more than people deciding if they’ll buy a #book! If you enjoy a book, please rate and review it! #BookLovers #BookReviews #amreading #BookSky 📚💙

This square design from Liana George has a pale cream-colored background. Several bars in pastel colors contain items in a list, with bullet-points that look like a heart in a circle. At the top it says, “WHY BOOK REVIEWS MATTER TO AUTHORS” The listed reasons are: “Insights as to who’s reading their books. Insights as to what they did well. Influences readers and potential buyers. Affects how people find their books. Morale booster.” Centered at the bottom it says, “lianageorge.com.”

It'd be amazing. You'd see the earth only as an orange ring, its atmosphere lit up by the sun.

Digital illustration of the Moon. We see the lunar far side, with the Earth top left in the distance, and the Sun just behind it.

Do you mind if I pick your brains about self-publication in a DM?

Good luck, Stuart. I've got my own novel that I have never showed anyone except friends.

Oh wow, simply breathtaking. Thanks, Stu. It always seems to be hazy on Mars. Do you have any pics with clear shadows on them?

Personally I would have nuked it from orbit but that's just me. And Ripley.
