Judge Lynn Adelman has issued his ruling on motions in limine in the Hannah Dugan case (the WI judge charged w/impeding an immigration arrest). Mostly, he ruled in Dugan's favor, except on whether she's allowed to talk abt Kash and Bondi's statements.

The military has a duty to refuse unlawful orders, but Congress has a duty to remove from office a president and secretary who would issue such orders. There is something off about members of Congress talking about the former while refusing to say the latter, the part that's actually their job here.

I hope next POTUS uses extreme Executive Power to create an Executive Order that all members of Congress must hire at least 33% of their staff as minorities and at least 33% LGBTQIA. Nothing makes me smile more than the thought of Ron Johnson sitting in front of a Black flaming queer all day.
