The decline in crime in Camden is mostly due to the dissolution of the city police in 2013. It was replaced with a county force. There was opposition at the time, but not now. The city police were legendarily corrupt. They started fresh with beat cops. People feel they can talk to the police now.

The USPS posting a NINE BILLION DOLLAR LOSS!!! sounds terrible. Certainly worse than if you said "USPS costs thirty dollars per person per year" even though that means the same thing and more accurately describes a government service
